  1. Yay for your chicken soup being made with the whole chicken! I don’t think chicken soup made any other way is very good. Yes cooking chicken with the skin and bones takes more time, but it is soo worth the extra work…and with the instant pot, it shortens the time and work load. Thanks, Jen. I love to watch your cooking videos. I have an instant pot (2 in fact!) and I use it more often all the time. I do so appreciate you and all that you do to switch things up and make viewing your content so interesting. I love your cheddar biscuit recipe and I’ll be making these probably tomorrow to go with the cider beef stew I’m making tomorrow!

  2. In December 2016, hubby bought me the instant pot duo 6 qt. It sat in its box for two weeks. I finally joined an instant pot Facebook group, asked my questions and started to cook. I eventually had 4 different models. One just broke. I now have 3, one with sous vide, one 8 qt and the Nova Plus. I love them and use at least one of them a day. Love how easy it is.

  3. Thank you Jen, this was a great video ! I just got an instant pot as a gift and haven't used it yet. I'm going to try some of your suggestions. You always come in clutch for your viewers, especially the working moms who come home from a long day and have to put a nutritious , and hopefully not too laborious, dinner on the table for their families. Thank you again for your hard work and ideas. Margaret

  4. Was hoping you would eventually do some Instant Pot recipes. These sound good and I will definitely try the salmon & rice. Very confused though about all the talk about five ingredients???

  5. I love both of my Instant Pots!! I have a 6qt and a 3 qt…bought the 6qt on Amazon And realized I could cook practically everything in it! My 3 qt was just a “spoil myself” with a smaller one just for smaller quantities…I also sometimes use one with my 5.8 Cosori Air Fryer🤪so fun to use both AND I have a small kitchen😩…sorry kiddo, but as a Californian, I must interject that Tortilla is pronounced “ Tortia”…🤭

  6. My mouth is watering everything looks so good. My kids would love the buffalo chicken wraps, chicken noodle soup & cheddar biscuits. I have one picky eater & one that will eat just about anything I put in front of him. btw: cucumbers are SO good for you.

  7. I know I underutilize my instant pot, BUT my favorite way to use it when I’m in a big hurry and forgot to thaw out my roast the day before, is doing a 45 minute pressure cook on a frozen roast then I can put it in the crockpot to let it go low and slow the remainder of the day. Huge life saver!
