  1. So I add a system of "Well Rested" meaning that the heroes take a long rest in an inn/tavern or some safe area (not to include tiny hut). I like this con bonus system to remove extra exhaustion but I wouldn't allow it for a long rest in the wilderness but rather when they take a Well Rested long rest that it can be applied to remove extra levels of exhaustion to make the time they spend in town shorter. Also there are mechanics for going without food/sleep that are effected by your con mod, so there's that.

  2. TIME STAMPS

0:20 – Why we made this video
1:03 – Quickly explaining what we'll talk about in this video, plus a bonus

3:55 – Our opinion on the official exhaustion rules
4:21 – The proposed changes ONE D&D wants to make to exhaustion

6:15 – The MageGate Games exhaustion rules – a better way to handle exhaustion?!
9:19 – Why we prefer our exhaustion rules over WotC's
9:49 – BONUS: How to make your CON mod cool when dealing with ANY version of the exhaustion rules

  3. I like the new One rules, because it is frankly just annoying to keep track of what effect your getting at what level. Just -1 to everything per level of Exhaustion is good enough, and how I've been running it. I do really like your idea of tying in Con somehow though.
