  1. Yes, it's soup season! Man, this looks great, I'll be making this. Thanks Albert! Question though: what did you do with the rest of the olive oil in the crouton pan? Can you reuse it?

  2. If less is more as you say, can we have less noise of you eating please? It's highly annoying.

Your recipes are great but I really cannot stand hearing you eat at the end of the video! Can you not turn your mic off for that?

  3. Made this for dinner today. It was a hit! I was skeptical about the egg but it really added to the soup. Next time I will cut the eggs in circles so we can enjoy more of that delicious egginess throughout the bowl. I will make a crusty bread the next time I make this to have for that lovely broth. Thank you for sharing this lovely, simple recipe. It is definitely a keeper.

  4. My wife is vegan, so I surprised her with this soup today. She loved it! Thanks so much for your fine videos! We love them! This is the 3rd recipe from your channel that I cooked for her in vegan style and they all were absolutely perfect. ( I still eat a little meat though)

  5. Salud from Los Angeles! I love soups!!! Thank you for sharing this yummy recipe. One of my favorite soup/stew recipes that my mom used to make (& I would request it often in the fall/winter from her) is Caldo Gallego. It is one of the few recipes I did not get from her 🙁 By any chance do you make this soup? If so, will you share with us one day?!?? BTW, A couple of weeks ago I binged some of your tapas recipes and have made a few of your recipes already… so yummy and easy to follow! Gracias!!!

  6. I really like this channel because it teaches so many homestyle dishes. The majority of any cuisine are these types of dishes, but you usually only see the famous ones

  7. This Beautiful Country Pheasant Soup is Soooooo Deeeeeeelious I made it a couple of times this past Winter and it is such a lovely. Beautiful Soup to warm you up on a cold winter's day or a cold Winter's night Jeep nice and warm and enjoy the Beautiful Heart Warming Soup @ Spain On A Fork👍👍🍲🍲❤️❤️👍👍❤️❤️

  8. This may sound like a dumb question but is there an alternative to using bay leaves? My wife doesn't like the flavor from them but it seems like I'm missing out when I don't have them so I was hoping there was something I could use to add more flavor that wouldn't clash with the ones in the pot. I've lost almost 40 lbs even after putting on a bunch of muscle and your recipes have gone a long way to helping me make what I cook much more healthy and also to drop my cholesterol by almost 70 points into the normal range and hopefully even more by my next appt. Thanks!
