Hey Lauren and Regan, thanks for this great video! I especially love the tip about sending an email to a couple good customers first to get their feedback before you send it to the larger list. I work with local, bricks-and-mortar businesses, and I'm always telling them that their number one priority MUST be to build their email list. There's no better way to have control over your business than to have a list of prospects and customers to reach out to.
