  1. Hey Noelle, when I approach a manager they want to know more information when I say I’m gonna “list” the apartment! They want to know what I mean by that and I don’t want to say Airbnb. What do you suggest I say?

  2. Great information. I've been a landlord for 10 years with 15 units. I've been converting my rentals to short term rentals because it's a more lucrative business. It is more work, more money, but it's worth it!

  3. in one ofm your videos about AirBNB you stated that if an individual didnt have the 1200.00 to secure the airbnb. You have the funds to facilitate that process. Id like to speak to you regarding that issue. As i would like to do this right away. Thank You.

  4. As landlord, so if the property gets damaged by one of your business clients, do i have to wait for you to get reimbursed from airBnB? Or if a “client got smart and decided to use a cheap airbnb to use as a drug house and problems that arise from that.

  5. I’m sorry I think I missed the part about money.

So people pay to stay through air bnb…so your bet is that as you list it as Airbnb… you can make money that will cover the lease… with a surplus for yourself? Every month? That’s how your making the money ?

And your betting that if it’s in a target place….you can get the lease plus surplus? Even through covid?
