  1. You referred to Ansett as the only full service carrier at the time. Not true, there is Qantas which is a larger, more well known, and icon in commercial aviation.

  2. I'm not experienced in airlines, ik more about planes themselves but in my country there are small airline-ish things that have like 1 plane and they do tours around mountains in the country or do tours around the city to take some photos, with like small cessna's or 1940-50 era planes that fit tourists, or even helicopters, is that an airline or just a small business?

  3. I wanna start an Australian airline called "Gumtree Airlines" And I wanna start with a saab 340 and there are 5 categories,
Domestical, Regional, Commercial, Cargo and Private. But I don't know what I should do because I would like to take inspiration from a airline like Qantas Or Thai Airways or Maybe Singapore Airlines, But I don't know what to do any tips?

  4. Any aviation entrepreneur or good aviation industry knowledge…who can help me with with the business plan and guide me through my journey to build an unique airline company

  5. Hi, I have noticed there is one other thing that can affect start up of a new airline and that is that country's government itself, some governments subsidize their countries airlines themselves, they even own the country's CAA, case and point as example airlines in the middle east so in short a new airline in those countries who will need those certificate who will have to go through their CAA, can have a harder time, as the government can influence the CAA themselves, conflict of interest, I have seen something like this myself, you hear a new airline wants to make a startup, you hear what they go through and when they get to the certification from the CAA, radio silence, you hear they go to court, to prove certain cases, in the end maybe they fix a few things but later radio silence cue the cricket noise 🦗🦗🦗🦗

  6. Step one don’t start an airline it will be on the verge of bankruptcy the entire time it’s operational and then close one day. With the crazy prices fuel has gone up to I would want nothing to do with owning a shipping company.

  7. US Railroads now have an overinflated ROI right now because they are all killing their business and destroying their workforce. The path they are down is unstable and will become a major issue in the next 3-5 years. While the pay is quite good no one wants to commit to working or on call 24/7/365
