  1. The problem is that cold email traffic has a low conversion rate, if it gets read at all.

    Jason, how do you outreach your prospects in a cold way – how many emails per day, at minimum? And what, roughly speaking, do you say in an email? Do you make long or short?

    How do you do follow ups?

  2. Great ideas Jason! I know in another video you talk about pretty much just going SaaS mode. But #1 – as an agency, should you go SaaS only? (no more SEO, content, social, etc?) AND #2 – if you're pricing SaaS (example: $199/$299/$499/mo), then how can you afford to run ads and get new clients in the door? AND #3 – do you have some other offer that you run in ads (or elsewhere) to get people in the door?

    I really appreciate any insight you have on this!
