  1. Well that was the most succinct and concise overview, I don't know how the hell you managed to cram all of these gems into 9 minutes?! 🤯 Thank you so much for this video Matt!

  2. Exercise, stop using any kind of drugs, stop waisting time watching TV,cold showers are the best, start learning a new language the list could be much longer you can add things that you think are right for you.

  3. It's not that all self help books don't have value. Don't get me wrong. Some really do have value. If you're educated in philosophy and logic, you find the reasoning in the overwhelming majority of these books to be highly flawed or just plain nonsense. So many are just gimmicks. Some of the finest reading is from Tibetan monks and ancient middle eastern philosophers. What? Yeah, no joke.

  4. I saw testimony of how economy helped a man make -$50,000 weekly Profit I tried now am also sharing my testimony with over,$10,000 from the company thanks for the good did he has done for me for this short period of time.

  5. The more self help books I’ve read the less beneficial they have become in my life. (Along with law of attraction content). Just take action, keep going and learn a new skill you lack to achieve the goal. That’s the sum of all those books.

  6. Use readwise, this was digital books is even easier to take notes to than their physical forms. This way you'll always be able to see your notes or highlight wherever you are, instead of having to go home at search it up in your private library.

  7. Lesson learned:-
    1. Taking action no matter how small.(atleast take 3 takeaway from book and take action)
    2. Take notes.
    3. Question everything while reading a self help book.
    4. Question,implement and take action.

  8. Great video. I would say to avoid getting into the self-help loop hole as this can be toxic in itself. Yeah, read something and try to apply it in your life if you can, but if you are not improving and always thinking 'oh, this book is the one…' and throwing your money down the drain, that's not healthy and you need to break that cycle. There is a lot of bs out there in the self help community. I think a lot of people look for a quick fix or an easy way out. Personally, I think looking after your mental health is no.1. Especially in the world we live in today.

  9. As I make my living Packing Books on night shift for Barnes&Noble…I am, of course, delighted to hear You Like to Read Books. "Book Love" by Debbie Tung and "Your Money or Your Life" by Vicki Robin *2 of my favorites

  10. Its very rare for me to search for an uplifting and self-develpoment videos, and I'm glad I found yours honestly. I'm actually surprisingly motivated, and hopefully will start reading books again. Thanks.

  11. Do everything u do with honesty, never harm urself or anyone around you.. so that before u go to bed… u realise no matter what how ur life.. ur a good person… that’s it.. thats the key to happiness for me
