The Rejuvenating Watersheds for Agricultural Resilience through Innovative Development (REWARD), LRI-OUAT (College of Agriculture Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology) has released an advertisement for the engagement of manpower on contract basis.
Walk-in-interview for various technical and non-technical manpower on contractual basis under the World Bank assisted project on LRI-OUAT (REWARD) funded by DSC &WD, Dept. of Agriculture & FE, Odisha government will be held at OUAT.
Vacancy Details
Field Teams (Bhubaneswar, Chiplima and Bhawanipatna Centers)
1. Research Associate (RA): 3 posts
Remuneration/ Month: Rs.49000 + HRA@16%(Bhubaneswar), @8% (Chiplima & Bhawanipatna)
2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) For Chiplima and Bhawanipatna centers: 4 posts
Remuneration/ Month: Rs 31000 for first two years. No HRA as they have to stay in field camp office; Rs 35000 after 2 years. No HRA will be paid as they have to stay in field camp office.
3. Project Assistant (PA) For Chiplima center: 1 post
Remuneration/ Month: Rs 20000 fixed for 1st Year, Rs 22500 fixed for 2nd Year and Rs 25000 fixed for 3rd and 4th year.
Lab (Analytical, GIS) Teams (Bhubaneswar, Chiplima and Bhawanipatna Centers)
4. System Manager: 3 posts
Remuneration/Month : Rs 49000 + HRA @16%(Bhubaneswar), @8% (Chiplima & Bhawanipatna)
5. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (GIS lab): 3 posts
Remuneration/ Month: Rs 31000 for first 2 years + HRA@ 16%(Bhubaneswar), @8% (Chiplima & Bhawanipatna) and Rs 35000 after 2 years +HRA@16%(Bhubaneswar), @8% (Chiplima & Bhawanipatna
6. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (Analytical lab) For Chiplima centre: 1 post
Remuneration/ Month: Rs 31000 for first 2 years + HRA @ 16% (Bhubaneswar), @ 8% (Chiplima & Bhawanipatna) & Rs 35000 after 2 years + HRA @ 16% (Bhubaneswar), @8 % (Chiplima & Bhawanipatna)
Terms and Conditions
The engagement will be on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project, and the incumbent shall not have any claim for any form of regular appointment under OUAT or Government.
The upper age limit is 45 years (Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/Women). Minimum age limit is 21 years.
The period of engagement of project staff in LRI-OUAT (REWARD) will be initially for a period of one year and may be extended further on yearly basis till the closure of the project subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate.
