I ADORE READING & rice
I really like this recipe for the fact is has onions, garlic, carrots and peas with it. This is a good way to upgrade rice – which is most of the time boring if prepared or served without anything else. Like a cooked potato with nothing on its side 🙂
Big chunks of garlic that serve as another vegetable is one of my favorite ways to use garlic. Yum!

One question…I know you are a vegetarian/pescatarian. We are not so often I like to add some chicken breasts to round out the meal. I’m wondering how to season the meat. I use the sea salt and cracked pepper but I am unsure if I should duplicate the seasoning in the dish I’m making or use something else. thank you very much for taking time to consider my question.

It's a shame that Golden Saffron's customer service sucks. Ordered a tin last week paying for shipping too. Saying they ship within 2 days… it's been 8 days and nothing!!! I've now emailed 3 times and have gotten 'crickets' for a response.

The last time I made rice it was a bit gummy & I tried to blame the rice because it was a less expensive, no-name store brand. Used the same rice tonight to make Albert's recipe, & followed the directions. It was perfect. You're never to old to learn! ☺️
For busy people: could you please mention which recipes are good for deep freezing = 1/2 today, the other half into the deep freezer. Especially the rice and couscous and noodle recipes. Thx.
