  1. GOD BLESS THIS MAN FOR TRYING TO WAKE PEOPLE UP FROM THE PROGRAMMING WE HAVE BEEN SUBJECT TO. But like he stated its like the matrix he can only give you the pill to receive the knowledge but its up to you alone to put the information to use and help reverse the damage done over decades… The baby formula part is truly sickening. Basicall we are shackling out future generation with an insane sugar craving right out of the womb. If that isn't a crime against humanity then what the fuck is….

  2. Obviously, it’s still possible to lose weight on any diet – just eat fewer calories than you burn, right? The problem with this simplistic advice is that it ignores the elephant in the room: hunger. Most people don’t like to “just eat less,” as it may result in having to go hungry forever. Sooner or later, many will likely give up and eat without restriction, hence the prevalence of “yo-yo dieting.” While it should be possible to lose weight on any diet, some appear to make it easier and some to make it much harder.

    The main advantage of the low-carb diet is that it may cause you to want to eat less. Even without counting calories, overweight people tend to eat fewer calories on low carb. Thus, calories count, but you don’t need to count them..

  3. SOOOOO … Let's discuss the Politics of "Fructose" among other Chemicals.. Tell us why doesn't the FDA BAN the use of these POISON Chemicals … like They do when they tell people NOT to SMOKE, Tobacco? Who's making the MONEY on Exposing these Chemicals … and … Who's making the money on Promoting these Chemicals among, other Chemicals and Vaccines..? This is what places the FDA … a Government Organization with LITTLE-to-NO Credibility, in the eyes of the Taxpaying Citizens..

  4. Also not much is said about Xylitol also a sweetner.
    This is poisonous to pets!
    Normally it would not be fed to them..
    but if they eat anything with it in by accident it can kill your pet.
    It is now put sometimes in shop bought cakes.
    Animals can get hold of things they shouldn't out of bins or fed by toddlers etc.
    It actually kills them.

Monsanto, a Catholic Church owned, destroyed, Escambia Bay, in Pensacola Florida, died, 1970's all dead, now. . due to Monsanto, dumped, chemicals into the bay, all Roman Catholic, owned, eat veggies, you cant be fat, dont eat, white rice, do eat, Wild Rice, or Jasmine, or Brown Rice, soak for 24 hours, then cook, and cook for 20 minutes, wash out water, change the boiling water, as all Brown Rice has Arsenic, but many trace minerals too, so cook, for 20 minutes, change the water, I use filtered water, never drink city water, it kills all good bacteria, at least let sit, in a 10 gallon glass aquarium, for two days, or a stainless steel container, filter thru unbleached coffee filters, it gits rid of Chlorine. see, Dr. Sylvia Zook. or get her cheap nutritional book, . EATENAFEREDEN.

  6. Sugar it is improve the taste. You need to use less. Because it is relate to health problems. The taste good it is make you like because the flavor. Do eat too much flavor less problems. Everything excessive to have it is become the hoax. And excessive consumption the flavors it is also the problems Such as over eating. Or over drinking.

  8. I've eaten enough sugar to kill me and a few dozen other people. I'm 80 and the picture of health. Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother all lived to 93. I'm planning on doing the same! Every consumable food does not affect all of us the same.
