  3. I'm just wondering, is the dish not a little dry and basic? Not that I have any issue with basic meals, don't get me wrong, but I'm just imagining that with a meaty fish like salmon and a heavy carb like potato, would it not be more palatable if there were more sauce or something? Or is the flavour of the sauce sharp enough that it makes it interesting enough to finish the plate?
