  1. When someone tells me they cannot afford my service, I tell them, "That's ok. We are not for everybody. But, when you are ready for the best, you know where to find us." And I say it very nicely, with a smile, because I mean it. If they really are poor, I really don't want them to spend more then is good for them. And I have noticed they really seem to appreciate my kindness.

The Cheap customer will come back with further attempts at a lower price. "Sir, if I lowered my price, wouldn't that tell you I didn't give you my best price up front? Do you really want to hire someone like that?"

The thing is, the person in front of me is either:
    1. Poor. I want to love this person, and not make them feel bad.
    2. Cheap/Difficult. I proactively want them to not hire me.
    3. Sophisticated/Affluent. Testing me to see if I play at their level.

In any case, the course of action designed to attract good customers, and at the same time repel losers, I win all around!

  2. Sifu Dan Lok is like Morpheus (mentor) who helps Neo (mentee) to discover how deep is the rabbit hole from the Matrix.
But it's your call whether to choose red pill or the blue one.

  3. Integration: Be a person of tremendous value so much that you become attractive to clients, Then go High Ticket with great communication of your Value to selected clients. The message communicated = Your value is what they absolutely need. Then Deliver.

  5. well, folks, I'm writing my first price proposal to a huge American franchise so I'm here seeking advice, I've never done this before and don't know anyone who has but here I am….. I'm shooting for the stars folks… 2020 making big moves no more selling ourselves short

  6. Lol in a world where you are being paid barely enough to survive, basically working to live or you die, sometimes exceptions needs to be made period.

Like insurances… all types of them that were are force to pay and dont roll over unless your paying top of the line car insurance.

I'm in a situation where I really dont make enough to do much of anything, a single mom, it's tough.

  7. Using that word F**k in any situation lowers your status but in this forum is crass and a cheap way to get a nervous laugh. Even that tenous benefit fades if you keep doing it. The wealthier you are, as in your case ,Dan, the more crass it is.

  8. I am a 4th year Engineering student doing an internship in Machine Learning. My goal is to become a data scientist and help the world 🌎 in AI projects. My question is how can I apply the high price strategy being a Machine Learning engineer in a IT company!!
