  1. Lost with restriction and high protein with lots of greens but I was restricting to low

    found out 1200 is not healthy for me I need 1300-1700 to stay safe,and I am extremely lazy………….

  2. Let me share my diet
    At breakfast i take 2 brown bread with 2 boiled eggs without yolk with greem tea without sugar then No lunch for me .. at dinner i take 2 brown bread with 4/5 small pieces of grilled chicken with green tea .. and i do jogging daily but no exercise

  3. Losing 5 pounds in a month just from walking is incredible weight loss, so I think the title is kind of click-baity. That means in half a year that 200lb man could lose around 30 pounds JUST from walking!

  4. Even if there is not noticeable weight loss there is a huge benefit like the video said increase health. I started walking 30 mins a few times a week I barely could do it my back and leg pain was too much. Now after just a few weeks my back pain is less and I'm up to an hour a few times a week. Did I loss a few pound yes I did loss about 3 or 4 pounds. I am watching videos to help to change my eating habits and become more healthy overall.

  5. I think the best thing you can do for weight loss is eat homemade food. You really don’t even have to make super healthy dishes, because what you make at home will always have less calories than the restaurant version. Usually when I do this I immediately notice a difference in my weight.

  6. From my experience this is very accurate report. My exercise is very light and yet I lose weight because I do not eat sugar or fast food or any other unnecessary food for my body. We eat to live not the other way around!

  7. The general aim of the this study is not stopping working out and stay at home dining without doing any physical effort.
    They just wanna prouve that exercises is not the effective way to lose weight.
    You should get both of them. ✅
