  1. My 12 year old has knocked knees. I've read it's kind of common in preteens-teens and then they outgrow it as their muscles get stronger.
    His legs are large and muscular, and also very flexible. Hes able to put both feet behind his head easily.
    Will these exercises in this video help?

  2. I get so insecure wearing pants or tights or shorts with knock knees and it really down grades me:( I'll try these exercises tho and if jt gets any better I'll come back here to tell yall 🙂

  4. Honestly, i never understand rants in videos. Get to the point or your audience will find another video. Marketing 101. If you haven’t presented a solution within the forst 30 seconds, people presume the rest of the video is like that

  5. I know why my knees are like this. Fallen arches from a retail job, plus my bones are slightly (cough significantly) curved from childhood lack of calcium. I also exercised wrong with martial arts classes where I rotated my knees to compensate where I shouldn’t have (forward lunge position, back foot was always turned too much so I turned my knees in instead of just my feet). I’ve been trying to do exercises to make my knee and feet muscles stronger. Also strengthen and tighten glutes. It’s slow going.

  6. I was overweight at 8 to 12 and loss weight and kinda noticed that I had knock knees. I am now 17 and pretty tall and got a dad bod through out the years, would this mean I can correct them?

  7. I’ve considered surgery!! So happy it can possibly be corrected with some exercise. Everyone loves my walk and I believe I walk the way I do due to my legs but I’d prefer straight legs over my model walk.
